If you wish to specify a route other than the default route, you can turn on the \u201cShow All\u201d switch to display all possible routes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u3010Document Kanban\u3011 Cancellation of Non-returnable Issuance (Such as FI issuance)<\/strong><br \/>\nUntil now, once an issuance that did not require return, such as FI issuance, was completed, it could not be canceled. We have enhanced the system to allow only system administrators to cancel such issuances. When an issuance cancellation occurs, notifications are sent via email, and the cancellation is logged in the Document records.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u3010Document Kanban\u3011 Cancellation of Returned Documents<\/strong><br \/>\nUntil now, for issuances requiring return, once a document was returned to its origin, the return could not be canceled. We have enhanced the system to allow only system administrators to cancel such returns. When a return cancellation occurs, notifications are sent via email, and the cancellation is logged in the Document records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>[CORRESSA File Sharing]<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Group Display in Action Notification<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring action notifications, it is possible to specify a group to receive the email. However, there were concerns about the group names being difficult to understand due to their abbreviations. To address this, we have modified the system so that when you hover the mouse over a group name, the full name of the group is displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bulk Download of Correspondence Attachments<\/strong><br \/>\nWe have added a feature that allows for the bulk download of files attached to correspondence in file sharing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>[CORRESSA Administrator Function]<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Deletion of Workflows<\/strong><br \/>\nUntil now, it was not possible to delete workflows that had been used in the past. However, we have enhanced the functionality to allow the deletion of unnecessary workflows.
