We have now added a version management feature that retains the previous version of the file when it is overwritten. These comments are now recorded within the system and can be reviewed in the folder&#8217;s information display screen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>[CORRESSA Document Management]<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Hierarchization of Routes<\/strong><br \/>\nWe have enabled the hierarchization of document issuance routes. This allows for defining the order of routes, so the next route can proceed only after the preceding route has been completed. This can be useful, for instance, when issuance is completed under FA (Approval Request) before proceeding with issuance under FC (Finalized Document).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1894 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/corressa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/DocKanban_RouteStep.png\" alt=\"DocKanban_RouteStep\" width=\"500\" height=\"273\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corressa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/DocKanban_RouteStep.png 500w, https:\/\/corressa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/DocKanban_RouteStep-300x164.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Document List Display Restrictions<\/strong><br \/>\nBy setting the document display setting to \u201cInternal Only,\u201d the displayed documents can be limited to those created by your company or set as issuance or CC targets for your company. This is applicable, for example, in cases where a partner company should not view documents from other partner companies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>[CORRESSA Kanban]<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Addition of Action Categories<\/strong><br \/>\nWe have added \u201cCategory\u201d as an attribute to classify actions.
