Implementation Service
For Project Administrators
The CORRESSA Implementation Service conducts initial system settings based on hearing your requirements before starting the use of the system and provides online operation training for project administrators.
Note that the implementation service is a prerequisite for using the system.
Contents
- Conduct a kickoff meeting (via internet conference)
- Requirements hearing → Fill in the hearing sheet “CORRESSA Registration Sheet”
- System setup and project settings based on the hearing sheet
- Since this service covers basic content, we recommend considering training services separately.
Duration
Total of 16 hours
- Planned for 16 hours, including 2 hours for online training for administrators
- The implementation schedule will be decided in a pre-meeting.
Location
Mainly conducted remotely (via internet conference, etc.).
If you have any requests such as on-site group training, please consult with us.
Price
JPY 200,000 (excluding tax) for the entire package
If you wish to conduct on-site, such as at your company location, actual expenses like travel/accommodation fees will be charged based on the form of implementation.
Training Service
For Project Administrators, Internal Users, and External Users
The CORRESSA Training Service provides necessary knowledge transfer prior to system use, focusing on settings for project managers and operations for end users. The content and duration can be tailored according to your needs.
Contents
- Add projects
- Add user groups and internal users (Customer) / external users (Partner)
- Set up workflows ([Draft] – [Review] – [Approval])
- Register master information (correspondence type, document type, WBS, purpose of document issuance)
- Issue correspondences and register and issue documents
The content, duration, etc., can be tailored according to your needs.
Duration
Equivalent to a total of 4 hours
Breakdown
2 hours for administrators
2 hours for end users
The implementation schedule will be decided in a pre-meeting.
Location

Price
JPY 200,000 for the entire package (excluding tax)

Support Service
The CORRESSA Support Service offers free support services for subscription (paid service) users. The details and methods of inquiries are as follows:

- Technical questions related to usage after purchase
- System settings, login, configuration, product usage, troubleshooting, etc.

Reception Hours
Weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00
* Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated days

The same period as the subscription contract period
