We have implemented the release of the CORRESSA update (May 2024 Version). This update implements enhancements based on requests from our valued customers. The details are as follows:

General

[CORRESSA Correspondence]

• Display of the Anticipated Correspondence Number during Drafting
  Until now, correspondence numbers were only assigned upon issuance, making pre-issuance verification impossible. With this enhancement, the correspondence number can now be verified at the draft stage prior to issuance
  
  

[CORRESSA Document Management]

• [Document List] Addition of CSV (S-JIS Format) to Output Format
  In addition to the standard “UTF-8” format, which is viewable in Excel, we have added the “S-JIS” format for document lists.
• [Document Kanban] Control of Document Distribution Route Display
  We have enhanced the ability to toggle the display of document routes on and off. Furthermore, it is now possible to reorder these routes via drag-and-drop in the document route tab.
  The display order and visibility of these routes can be saved using the custom view function, allowing settings to be shared at company and project levels, similar to other views.

• Automatic Document Issuance Schedule Setting
  When a document issuance does not initially have a schedule set, the system will automatically assign planned and predicted dates upon creation. This adjustment allows for the inclusion of documents without schedules in the progress chart.
  
  

[CORRESSA File Sharing]

• Folder Structure Export Functionality
  A new feature has been added to allow the export of the file sharing folder structure to Excel.
• Enhanced Bulk Download Function
  For bulk downloads in file sharing, if the total file size exceeds 10 MB, the process will now generate a Zip file as a background task. This enhancement addresses long wait times for large downloads by keeping the download screen active for extended periods.
  *For sizes under 10 MB, downloads will begin immediately, as before.
