We are pleased to announce the release of the CORRESSA update (April 2024 Version).
We have implemented the release of the CORRESSA update (April 2024 Version).
This update focuses on enhancing the document management functionality. The details are as follows:
General

- Addition of Display Information in Stamp Function
We have added the company codes of both the issuing and receiving parties to the information printed by the stamp function when downloading PDF document attachments.
- Document Signboard: Enhancement of the “Bulk Document Attachment” Feature to “Bulk Document Attachment/Registration”
The bulk attachment function for document attachments has been enhanced. We have added a feature to register documents in bulk at the time of attachment. However, please note that when registering documents using this function, there will be “NO” workflow applied during document registration.
- Document Signboard: Partial Return for Bulk Document Issuance
The return process has been enhanced to allow returns on an individual document basis for bulk issuances. The status of the bulk issuance will be marked as complete once all documents have been returned. - Document Signboard: Enhanced Filter Functionality
In the “ALL” tab of the document signboard, a new filtering capability based on document status and issuance status has been added.
- Document Signboard: Addition of Mention and Attachment Features to the Comment Function
The comment function for documents has been enhanced to allow users to mention specific individuals (sending notification emails) and attach files to their comments.
- Document List: Strengthened Filter
The system now allows the entry of search keywords in fields with selection lists, such as document type and WBS codes. - Document List: CSV Output
A function has been added to output the document list in CSV format for importing into other systems.
