Update Release Announcement (April 2023 Version)

We have implemented the release of the CORRESSA update (April 2023 Version).
The enhancements and modifications are as follows:

Stealth Mode
When requesting proposals from multiple companies or handling procurement in project, there are situations in which companies want to make each other's existence invisible.
The Stealth Mode feature allows you to set a project on CORRESSA so that companies can communicate without seeing each other.
Specifically, when Stealth Mode is turned ON, a company that is also set to Stealth Mode will be hidden from view. This allows companies with Stealth Mode ON to be part of the same project without noticing each other.

Login Count License
In addition to the traditional user-specific named licenses, we are introducing a license that sets a limit on the number of logins per month. For instance, with a “Login Count License 100,” you can register up to 2000 users who can collectively log in 100 times per month. (Multiple logins within the same day count as a single login.)
This license is suitable for management, business partners, and suppliers who log in relatively infrequently.

Setting Correspondence Types for Specific Companies
We have enabled the setting of correspondence types that can be used by specific companies in a project. This means that only the appropriate companies are displayed in the Recipients/CCs, enabling targeted communication between specific companies.
Functional Changes due to Stealth Mode
With the addition of Stealth Mode, we have changed the settings so that companies with Stealth Mode ON do not appear as Recipients/CCs to each other.

Addition of Conditions to Document Approval Results
Previously, when registering a document approval result master, only the “Deemed Approved” condition could be set for approval results. We have now added the “Revision Required” condition. For example, if both “Deemed Approved: True” and “Revision Required: True” are set, the approval result will be “Deemed Approved, but revision is necessary.” To reflect this addition, in the document kanban a card with a cyan color (light green) indicating a revision button is displayed when both these conditions are true.

Changes in Document Editing Rights
Previously, only the creator of a document could edit it. Now, users who belong to the creating group can edit or delete draft documents, cancel document registration, and cancel document issuance.
Addition of “In Review” to Document Kanban Status
In the document kanban, when a document issuance requires return, the status was “Unassign” in the receiving company until the return was completed. We have added an “In Review” status to indicate that the card has been opened.
Route Migration Upon Document Revision
This feature allows a revised document to be assigned to a different issuance route during revision. You can choose whether to revise in the same route or assign to a different route. For instance, you can use this when a document initially approved on the FA route is reassigned to the FC route after revision.
CC Configuration Upon Issuing Documents
This feature automatically sets the CC as the previous issue when documents are issued. This prevents omissions in the CC settings.
Distribution of Document Issuance Approval Digest Email to CC's Company/Group
Previously, the document issuance approval digest email was sent only to the issuer and recipient. Now, it will also be distributed to companies/groups set as CC during issuance.
Functional Changes due to Stealth Mode
Documents created by companies with Stealth Mode ON are now hidden from other companies that also have Stealth Mode ON.
