CORRESPONDENCE
It refers to maintaining a complete and accurate record of interactions within a project and is particularly used as a communication tool in the engineering and construction industries.
CORRESSA is a cloud application that implements this functionality as a “Correspondence System” (correspondence tool).
The correspondence function of CORRESSA is a new form of email that serves as a communication tool for handling high-value business information, where misdelivery or information leaks could be critical.
It is a management system that displays only the information related to the target project and accurately and completely records the communication between your company and others.
A communication space
specialized for projects
Reduces the risk of information leaks and contamination
Each user can switch between assigned projects (multiple) to exchange information with their own company and other companies. Unlike email, it does not mix with other information, spam, or non-project-related information.
Official Project Information
CORRESSA allows for multiple workflow settings tailored to different correspondence types. Additionally, reply messages from the recipient side are subject to a workflow, and only messages that have received approval are distributed. A two-step workflow involving reviewers and approvers (also configurable to a single step) can be set up, and approval by proxy approvers can also be configured.
To-Do (Action) Management
Actions related to correspondence received from external companies or sent by your own company can be assigned as tasks to internal users. By setting deadlines for these actions, you can track the progress of actions both by individual users and company-wide.
Security of Information Transmission
Prevention of Misdirected Emails
In CORRESSA correspondence, companies, groups, and members involved in a project are registered in advance, and only pre-registered project members can be designated as recipients. This eliminates the need to individually enter email addresses during email notifications, thus preventing misdirected emails.
