[CORRESSA Document Management]

• 【Document Kanban】 Displaying Attached Files to Comments
  Since it was difficult to find the attachment button to attach files to comments, we have modified it to allow files to be attached from the attachment icon below the comment input.
  
  
• 【Document Kanban】 Displaying Routes from the New Document Registration Button and Specifying Routes when Revising a Document
  When using the new Document registration button to specify a creation route for a new Document, we have modified it to display only the routes based on the company that is creating the document by default.
  The route selection for Document revisions will follow the same specifications. If you wish to specify a route other than the default route, you can turn on the “Show All” switch to display all possible routes.
• 【Document Kanban】 Cancellation of Non-returnable Issuance (Such as FI issuance)
  Until now, once an issuance that did not require return, such as FI issuance, was completed, it could not be canceled. We have enhanced the system to allow only system administrators to cancel such issuances. When an issuance cancellation occurs, notifications are sent via email, and the cancellation is logged in the Document records.
• 【Document Kanban】 Cancellation of Returned Documents
  Until now, for issuances requiring return, once a document was returned to its origin, the return could not be canceled. We have enhanced the system to allow only system administrators to cancel such returns. When a return cancellation occurs, notifications are sent via email, and the cancellation is logged in the Document records.
  
  

[CORRESSA File Sharing]

• Group Display in Action Notification
  During action notifications, it is possible to specify a group to receive the email. However, there were concerns about the group names being difficult to understand due to their abbreviations. To address this, we have modified the system so that when you hover the mouse over a group name, the full name of the group is displayed.
• Bulk Download of Correspondence Attachments
  We have added a feature that allows for the bulk download of files attached to correspondence in file sharing.
  
  

[CORRESSA Administrator Function]

• Deletion of Workflows
  Until now, it was not possible to delete workflows that had been used in the past. However, we have enhanced the functionality to allow the deletion of unnecessary workflows. If a deleted workflow is in progress, it will continue until completion.
  *Please note that deleted workflows can no longer be selected for new processes.
