Update Release (July 2025 Version)
We are pleased to announce the release of the July 2025 update for CORRESSA.
The July 2025 update for CORRESSA has been released.
This update primarily incorporates convenient features requested by our valued customers. The details are as follows:
General
- Release Version: Ver.4.496
“CORRESSA Correspondence”
- Improved Performance for New Correspondence Themes
We have enhanced the display speed for new themes in Correspondence. Additionally, when there are many reply correspondences (11 lines or more), the display will now refresh every 10 lines.
“CORRESSA Document Management”
- [Document Kanban] Added Filters to Document Kanban
We have added "Documents Awaiting Approval," "Issuance Awaiting Approval," and "Return Awaiting Approval" to the "Data to Display" filter in Document Kanban. This change allows logged-in users to view only the documents they need to approve. We also added a new filter for "Documents in Workflow."
- [Document Progress] Added "WBS" Filter to Document Progress
A "WBS" filter has been added to Document Progress.
- [Document Kanban][Document Progress] Multiple Selections Now Possible in Selection Item Filters
While multiple selections were already possible in filters for the Document List, this functionality has now been extended to Document Kanban and Document Progress, allowing for the selection of multiple items.
- [Document Progress] Enhanced Progress Calculation Method
For Document Progress calculations, if a single document has two schedules (e.g., issuance routes involving three or more companies), completing one issuance will now strictly be calculated as "0.5." If three schedules are set, completing one issuance will be "0.3." The same principle applies to approval progress.
- [Document List] Display of Number of Documents in Document List
We have added a total count display for the number of documents shown in the Document List.
- [Document List] Added Filter for Revised Drafts
A switch has been added to the Document List to show/hide draft documents immediately after revision.
“CORRESSA Administrator Function”
- Setting Users for Document Issuance Schedule Modification (When Adding Users)
When setting users in Project Settings, a switch has been added to allow specifying users who can set and modify document issuance schedules.
*Note: The default setting for this switch is ON (allowing cancellation). - Setting Users Who Can Cancel Document Issuance (When Adding Users)
When configuring users in the project settings, we've added a switch that allows you to specify which users can cancel an issuance after a document has been issued.
*Note: The default setting for this switch is ON (allowing cancellation). - Copy Function for Correspondence Types and Document Types in Projects
A new feature has been added to the Type Settings in Project Settings, allowing users to copy existing correspondence and document types to create new ones.
*Note: Templates are not copied. - Added Formulas to Custom Fields for Correspondence Types and Document Types
Custom fields from Salesforce can be used for types, and now, formulas (flag, text, date) can also be used.
Additionally, display/hide options can now be specified for each detail screen. - Project Default View Settings
It is now possible to set the default view for Correspondence, Document Kanban, and Document List within a project.
