This license enables all settings of CORRESSA. At least one license is required per system.
- A basic user license requires one named license per user for using this service provided on a subscription basis. There is no limit on the number of devices you can use.
- The minimum purchase unit is 10 users with 10 licenses. Internal and external users can be mixed. When adding users after the start of use, the beginning of the current month will be the start date, and the expiration date will be prorated to match the overall contract period.
- For the login count license, even if you log in multiple times in one day, it is counted as one login. We also offer settings for more than 100 logins per month.
- The above licenses are exclusive to CORRESSA and include licenses for Salesforce.com, the cloud platform for CORRESSA. However, if you intend to develop additional applications using Salesforce.com (such as custom applications using CORRESSA data), you will need to separately contract a standard Salesforce.com license.

Before Use
- We recommend thoroughly evaluating through a free trial before purchase.
- An annual contract is required, with payment in full upfront, and mid-term cancellations are not allowed.
- Automatic renewal applies. If you wish to cancel instead of renewing, a written notice is required 60 days prior to renewal.
- Usage requires agreement to the “CORRESSA Service Terms (Paid Service).”
- The service utilizes the Salesforce cloud platform “Salesforce App Cloud” on an OEM basis, requiring agreement to the “SFDC Service Agreement.”
- If you are already using Salesforce.com products and OEM products from the same company, please consult with us in advance.
- Depending on your usage conditions, additional licenses may be necessary.
- Please consult with us before making a purchase.
- Please place your order at least 10 business days before the service start date.
