We are pleased to announce the release of the February 2025 update for CORRESSA.

The February 2025 update for CORRESSA has been released.
This update includes enhancements to the document management reminder email function, the login start page, and other features requested by our customers. The details are as follows:

General

“CORRESSA Document Management”

• [Document Kanban] Addition of CC and Sharing Destinations After Document Issuance
  Previously, CC and sharing destination settings could not be changed after a Document was issued. Now, only users from the document creation company can add CC and sharing destinations after issuance. Please note that adding a CC recipient at the time of addition will not trigger a resending of the notification email. However, the added CC recipient will be included in the return notification email when the document is returned.
• [Document Kanban] Enhanced Internal Review Function (Addition of Review Deadline)
   The document internal review function now allows you to set a review deadline.
• [Document Management Function] Document Issuance/Return Reminder Email Function
  If a Document schedule is set, a document digest email can be sent once a day at a specified time, listing documents that have passed their issuance date and their requested return date.
  The digest alert email can also include documents scheduled for issuance (documents scheduled to be issued by the date calculated by adding “Days to Notify Before Issuance Deadline” to today's date) and documents scheduled for approval (documents scheduled to be returned by the date calculated by adding “Days to Notify Before Approval Deadline” to today's date). You can specify “Days to Notify Before Issuance Deadline” and “Days to Notify Before Approval Deadline” for each Document type.

“CORRESSA File Sharing”

• Bulk Download of Document Files
  Bulk downloads are now available in the “Document Files” section of file sharing. If the total size of the selected files is 10MB or less, a Zip download will begin immediately. If the total size exceeds 10MB, background processing will be executed, and an email notification will be sent when the Zip file creation is complete and ready for download.
  
  

“CORRESSA Administrator Function”

• Login Start Page
  The screen displayed after login was previously always the correspondence screen, regardless of whether the function was enabled or not. It has now been changed so that those who have not enabled both the correspondence function and the document management function (Document Kanban) will see file sharing as their start page.
• Workflow Reminder Email Function
  If a workflow (correspondence issuance workflow, document registration workflow, document issuance workflow, document return workflow, document internal review) is not approved, a notification to prompt approval can be sent once a day at a specified time as a workflow reminder email. The time can be set in the project settings.
• Cascading Items for Custom Items (Cascade Settings)
  Cascading item selection settings (cascade settings) in Salesforce custom items are now available in CORRESSA. Cascading item selection settings (cascade settings) refer to two selection items with a master-servant relationship. When a value is set for the master selection item, the options for the servant selection item can be limited and displayed.
• Permanent Deletion of Deleted Documents
  Documents deleted by the “Delete from List” button can be restored to the list. This update adds the function to permanently delete data deleted from the list.
  
  ※ Previously, the data remained even after deletion, preventing changes to the Document type numbering system. With permanent deletion, the document type numbering system can now be changed.
• Hiding Deactivated Projects
  Changed the system so that deactivated projects are not displayed in the project selection menu for system administrators.
