We are pleased to announce the release of the CORRESSA update (August 2023 Version).

We have implemented the release of the CORRESSA update (Augst 2023 Version).
The enhancements and modifications are as follows:

General

[CORRESSA Correspondence]

• Modify in Display Order of Correspondence Types
  When creating a new correspondence, we have modified the dropdown list of correspondence types to be ordered by type code. Additionally, the type code is now displayed alongside in the dropdown menu.
  
  

[CORRESSA Document Management] (New Document Management Only)

• Addition of Bulk Document Download Feature
  We have introduced a feature that allows multiple document files attached in the document list screen to be downloaded in bulk. For the selected documents, all attached document files, comment back files at the time of return, and supplemental files at the time of issuance will be compressed into a Zip file for download.
• Addition of Issuer/Recipient Filter in Document Progress
  In the Document Progress screen, we have added filters for issuers and recipients when displaying charts.
• CORRESSA Stamp Function
  A new function has been added that prints approval results from CORRESSA in the margins of PDF files attached to documents.
  The stamp function includes printing the CORRESSA logo, the document's purpose and issuance date, approval results and approval date, and output date. The stamp function can be enabled by document type.
  
  

[CORRESSA Administrator Function]

• Modify in Project Data Archiving Function
  To accommodate larger archive data sizes, the archiving method has been Modified to a per-company basis.
• Support for LongTextarea Custom Fields
  We have enhanced the functionality to support LongTextarea types for custom fields in both correspondence and documents.
